Height is around 70% genetics and 30% environmental. The two main things you can do to grow inches taller is by having a decent diet (plenty of amino acids and calcium, some vitamins/minerals can help increase height too) and to increase human growth hormone (HGH). Maybe height increasing insoles really do work i must buy some of these shoe lifts then........ or heel lifts im actually confused on what to call them, i guess il settle on calling them all three names heel, shoe lift height increase insoles for your shoes.........Why not buy some? <<<<<that place i got mine from and i never have been taller i can tell ya!
